Depth of Field

Some images I have taken or used to demonstrate DoF - Depth of Field.  DoF is the zone in which the subject will be in focus, allowing you to keep the subject in focus whilst blurring the foreground and background.  The smaller the DoF, the more critical the focusing on the subject must be.  DoF is controlled by the aperture size - the smaller the aperture, the greater the DoF - but this can also vary depending on the focal length of the lens used.
